Purpose: Making the data generated in company processes accessible for use by Industry 4.0 technologies.

Industry 4.0 systems are data-driven systems. The generation, transmission, usage and storage of data occur digitally. To create and use such systems, data must be generated digitally or the existing non-digital data must be converted in digital formats. We refer to this action briefly as digitalisation.

Digitalisation is an obligatory step for companies and their systems to advance to the first level of Industry 4.0. It is the process of transforming data found in various papers, Excel, Word, PDF, or similar files into databases accessible in real-time. It can be applied in all processes where a company generates data.

CORE (Contract Online REporting): The outward-facing aspect of the digitalization initiatives that commenced in our company in 2017 is our online reporting system, CORE, which is accessible to our customers. It is a system used by all our customers, both domestic and foreign, OEMs and suppliers, developed by our own IT team over the years and continuously improved.

The results of the quality control tasks carried out by CONTRACT, previously documented on paper forms or Excel files and shared via email, are now transmitted in real-time to an online database using tablets and smartphones as the standard reporting system. Our customers track the results in the CORE system, accessible via user and password information assigned to them. They can see all necessary data archives, including control results and scorecards, at any time using their computers, tablets, and smartphones, and can download them to their own devices. CORE is available in two languages, Turkish and English.

CORE has different interfaces tailored to our customer's needs:

- Incoming Quality Interface: Designed for manufacturers with numerous suppliers to track parts inspection results delivered from different suppliers.
- Quality Wall (or CSL) Interface: Designed for manufacturers with numerous customers to track the control results of parts going to different customers.
