Vehicle manufacturers do not produce separate engines for each model, they often purchase ready-made engines from engine manufacturing companies. Engines coming from the engine manufacturer to the vehicle manufacturer must be checked according to certain criteria before being installed in the vehicle.
After the Contract team individually checks each engine against all criteria, any engines that do not meet the criteria are separated and labeled as NOK engines.
On the other hand, our team ensures that the separated NOK engines are brought back into compliance with the criteria before. Then these engines are allowed to the assembly line.
All work is carried out with effective communication and coordination between our team, the engine manufacturer and the vehicle manufacturer. Separated engines and even recycled engines are reported in detail.
